Greenpanel operates one of the India's most advanced wood panel manufacturing facilities, blending precision engineering with sustainable practices to create world-class products. Our range includes MDF (Interior, Exterior MDF & FRMDF), Pre-laminated MDF, BoilBLACK BWP HDF, HDWR, HDF, Plywood, Blockboards, and Wooden Flooring. As India's Largest Wood Panel Manufacturer, we have a combined annual MDF production capacity of 8 lac+ cubic meters, along with more than 10 million square meters of plywood manufacturing capacity, across our two state-of-the-art plants in Uttarakhand and Andhra Pradesh. With the expansion of our Andhra Pradesh plant, we've strengthened distribution across 300+ cities, enabling faster delivery, especially in South India.


We follow a zero-waste manufacturing process:


  • Water is treated and recycled through in-house treatment systems.
  • Dust emissions are minimized using advanced filtration.

UTTARAKHAND

Greenpanel’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pantnagar, Rudrapur (Uttarakhand) is one of India’s pioneering plants in the wood panel industry. It is equipped with world-class European machinery for wood chipping, fibre refinement, and continuous pressing, ensuring top-tier precision and efficiency.

We were the first in India to adopt the Continuous Press Line technology, using the Dieffenbacher 28-meter line for uninterrupted, high-quality MDF production.

At the core of this facility is our commitment to sustainability and innovation. Greenpanel MDF is manufactured using 100% renewable agroforestry wood, showcasing our dedication to eco-friendly practices and responsible sourcing. This plant is central to our vision of promoting the adoption of MDF in India, prioritizing versatility, durability, and environmental consciousness.

ANDHRA PRADESH

Spread across 200 acres in Tirupati, our Andhra Pradesh unit is the biggest MDF manufacturing unit in India, and a benchmark for technological innovation in the wood panel industry. Outfitted with world-class machinery, including the renowned Dieffenbacher Continuous Press Line, this facility ensures unmatched scale, precision, and product performance.

With the recent inauguration of a new production line, the facility has further strengthened its capabilities with the production of thin MDF starting from 1.7mm onwards. This enhances Greenpanel’s already robust product portfolio further helping us to cater to an even wider range of applications in furniture, interiors, decorative surfaces and commercial applications.
